75' Flybridge Motoryacht

Our design project has involved a client directed interior refresh / refit design for a 2004 75' Sunseeker Manhattan Flybridge Motoryacht utilizing a Pacific Islands / Hawaiian Islands theme throughout.

As you will see from the design, our client has a family with young children.  This and other factors helped our team produce a lifestyle driven design to meet our client's requirements to ensure this wonderful yacht would be their home away from home.

Most production yachts are delivered from the factory to their dealers with a generic interior to ensure potential clients are not put off from an interior design scheme that may not be to their liking. As a result, many new yachts receive only high-level customization after the sale to accommodate the new owner's taste to avoid redoing what has already been done at the factory. This usually involves the introduction of various soft goods such as pillows, custom bedding, art and various accessories to bring a personal touch into the vessel reflecting the new owner's lifestyle requirements.

For the most yacht owners the time will eventually come when it is time to upgrade the interior and exterior of the vessel to specifically meet their lifestyle and yacht usage requirements. Some interior refits are driven by the need to luxuriously accommodate and entertain guests, while others are driven by a desire to better reflect their personal lifestyle and the needs of their family.

The design of this vessel's accommodations and living space embraces a young family, welcoming them to their home on the water. Yet while accommodating a young family, we must also reflect and translate the lifestyle and taste of their parents. With this in mind we see specific attention given in this design initiative to each of the family member's cabins, providing a youthful gender specific design for the girls and boys twin staterooms, and a bit more elegant tropical themed owner stateroom for mom and dad. The main salon, galley and dining settee present a comfortable tropical elegance suitable for entertaining guests or playing with the kids.

Durable comfort throughout all interior and exterior environments has been achieved through the use of high quality materials in the fabrication of upholstery, soft goods, headliners and other surface applications. This will ensure the investment made today will hold up well within the harsh marine environment. And of upmost importance is the ability to easily clean all hard and soft surfaces without damaging the environment or the materials that have been soiled. These and other requirements such as flame retardant properties, water repellence and ultraviolet light resistance are factors which have influenced the design plan for the refit of this wonderful yacht.

The result, a warm yet elegant home away from home on the water that embraces all who come aboard with aloha nui loa.

We hope you enjoy looking through the design for this wonderful Sunseeker Flybridge Motoryacht.  Please do not hesitate contacting us should you have any questions, comments or suggestions.
